We hope you love your purchase, however if you need to make a return, we’re here to help!

Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase, and items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on eligible full-priced items that meet these conditions.

Please note customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is damaged or faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on jewellery or hair accessories.
